The Radisson Royal Hotel in Moscow, Russia, has done it again, winning itself the title of Best 5-Star Hotel at the Putevodnaya Zvezda (Leading Star) awards.
Established by the Tourism Committee of Moscow in 1999, the Putevodnaya Zvedzda brings together an expert council made up of top-level professionals from across the tourism and hotel industry, to judge and critique a range of hotels from across Moscow. Each hotel submitted is heavily critiqued using a wealth of data, analyses of reviews and professional conclusions of experts, such as the famous Golden Keys Concierge Association. Only the most worthy hotels are presented with awards.
The award was presented to the Radisson Royal Hotel, Moscow, in recognition of its work in 2018, where the hotel accommodated employees of the FIFA International Committee. More than 350 staff members of the organization lived and worked in the hotel for two and a half months. Hotel staff worked around the clock to provide excellent service to all FIFA employees, catering to their every need and helping to make sure that they felt right at home.
Marking the 26th award the hotel has received, its latest win at the Putevodnaya Zvezda only goes to show the sheer amount of dedication that both the staff and management have put into making the hotel one of the finest Moscow has to offer. It’s a perfect addition to their string of other awards, which include World Travel Awards and the Traveler’s Choice award from TripAdvisor.
Congratulations to all of the team at the Radisson Royal Hotel, Moscow, for another fantastic win - and hopefully many more awards to come!
