Another victory for France
Radisson Blu has been named one of France’s top hotel brands for the second year running

We’re delighted to share the news that Radisson Blu has won Capital Magazine’s Best Brand Label 2019 award, making it one of France's top three hotel brands.

It’s a remarkable achievement - and one that demonstrates how the dedication and hard work of our teams makes a big difference to our guest experience.

A prestigious consumer award in France, Capital’s Best Brand Label is given to only the top-performing companies from across more than 180 sectors. That’s why we’re proud that Radisson Blu has been recognized as one of the best within the hospitality industry.

Even better is the fact that consumers themselves vote for the brands as part of the survey. Taking into account criteria like brands’ attention to customers, their level of expertise and consumers’ willingness to recommend the brand, the survey is a vital indicator of guest opinion.

Our success shows that Radisson Blu guests are clearly happy with every aspect of their stay - and are more than willing to recommend our hotels to others. It’s no wonder then that we were able to improve our score from last year’s survey.

Receiving the Best Brand Label 2019 award is a huge vote of confidence for Radisson Blu from the people who matter most - our guests. We’ll continue to rewarding their faith in us by making sure we create even more memorable moments for everyone who stays with us.
